Hollywood actor, Rotimi Akinosho who played Dre in the series ‘Power’ disclosed what it was like for him growing up in the Nigerian way and how the Nigerian mentality of success has helped him.

He said, “Being from West Africa, we think differently. There’s a pain, there’s a direct line to royalty. There are different thoughts processes. Just work hard, get your job done and be successful. That’s how it kind of works when I was growing up. Like if you want this, why not be the best in it. My mum was always like don’t ever put yourself in the box. Don’t ever let anyone put you in the box. Just do what the hell you want to do.”
